When the user selects a country and submits an inquiry, request, or form, the relevant Simon Group company listed in Annex I will act as the data controller for the information provided, for the purpose of addressing the inquiry, processing the request, or maintaining the commercial or professional relationship that may arise from it.
In such cases, Simon, S.A. may process such data on behalf of the relevant company, as the provider of the common tools and the technological, administrative, or commercial support for the Website, in accordance with the applicable intra-group agreements.

Simon will implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized access, or accidental or unlawful disclosure.
Access to personal data will be limited to those persons who need to know it for the performance of their duties. Simon and the companies of the Simon Group must maintain access controls and security measures commensurate with the risk.

In particular, the applicable legal bases may include the performance of preliminary procedures requested by the data subject, compliance with legal or regulatory obligations, the regular exercise of rights, legitimate interest, and, for promotional communications or non-sensitive commercial profiles, the data subject’s consent.
Method and duration of processing
Data is processed electronically and retained for the time necessary to address your inquiry and, where applicable, for as long as the resulting commercial or professional relationship is maintained. Once this relationship ends, the data will be kept duly blocked for the statute of limitations periods of any potential legal liabilities, after which it will be deleted or anonymized. Data processed on the basis of consent will be deleted when consent is revoked, unless retention is permitted or required by applicable regulations.
