Automatic Circuit Breaker Curve C + Differential Class A 30 mA (RCBO): protects the equipment against overloads and short circuits, detects current leakage, and protects against direct and indirect contact.
Protection against permanent and transient overvoltages (SPD): protects the equipment and the vehicle from unexpected voltage spikes.
Automatic meter reset device (EM): after an overvoltage, the system will automatically reset without the need for manual intervention.
The SM40 comes standard with a DC 6mA type residual current detection device per socket. An RCD is designed to detect ground fault currents and interrupt the power supply in the event of a ground leakage current.
Its main function is to protect electrical circuits and the human body against electric shocks and fires.
