LIGHT UP YOUR FUTURE is a rotational programme which gives you the opportunity to have an overall experience in the company’s different strategic areas, including an international experience.
The aim is to guarantee your professional and competence development so that after two years you can apply to any vacancy in the departments in which you were involved. The programme is available in two modalities: Business: for students with a particular interest in the areas of management and strategy. Operations: for those who are more attracted to the industrial or logistics areas.
The programme lasts 2 years and every 8 months you’ll rotate to a different department, as well as have an international experience for 3 months in one of our subsidiaries.
